Payment Status Reporting

ICAN ACH provides tools that enables our clients to easily view and research information related to their processing activity. Transactions processed can be tracked through their entire lifecycle. Information on returns and settlement detail information are also accessible. If you are converting checks, images of checks and/or coupons, they can be easily retrieved.

ACH Batch Processing

ACH batches are ideal for payroll and can also be used to manage direct debit, employee reimbursement or vendor payments that occur on a regular basis, but the payment amount varies. ICAN ACH allows you to easily create a group of payees and change the amounts as needed to debit or credit them on the date you specify.

Payment Transit

Use the ICAN ACH Commerce's product which allows single transactions captured via our clients website to be transmitted to us in real-time for validation, processing and storage. We accomplish this through server-to-server communication via secure HTTPs post for maximum automation. 

Payment Transport

For ICAN ACH customers that create ACH formatted files or export data from an existing system, we provide a secure method to transmit the transactions for processing. ACH Commerce's product is also used to securely obtain electronic return files, A/R files, confirmation files and reporting.

ICAN ACH is a web-based application utilizing 128-bit encryption and is simple to use for sending and receiving sensitive information such as routing and account number combinations associated with electronic payments.

Recurring ACH Payments

If you offer a payment plan of any kind to your customers, then you can set them up for direct debit using the flexible scheduling capabilities of ICAN ACH Virtual Terminal and Payment Station. You simply enter the payment information and choose the frequency and duration of the payment. From that time forward, the funds will be automatically debited from their designated account as scheduled and deposited into your account.  Recurring ACH payments created in the ICAN ACH Virtual Terminal and Payment Station that occur automatically and do not require you to remember when to batch.

ACH Origination

The ICAN ACH ACH module was designed to meet your needs for creating, managing and reporting of ACH payments. You can create one-time, recurring or even batches of ACH payments with this module. The ACH module offers an extremely flexible scheduling feature.

ICAN ACH offers two systems to facilitate check conversion utilizing ARC (Accounts Receivable Check Conversion) and Check 21. We leveraged the strengths of these initiatives and developed a trademarked process. The system involves the remote capture of checks, a decision making process to determine eligibility, then processing eligible items via ARC and ineligible items via Check 21.

ICAN ACH has a web-based application designed for use by companies that receive check volumes that can be processed using a manual feed imaging device.

Data Conversion

We are experts in data conversion. We use this expertise to make ACH easy and effective for our clients. If you are unable to create an ACH formatted file, or choose not to use one of our many tools to create a transaction, simply export data from your own order entry or accounting system and we will convert the data and process it on your behalf. If you need a custom-formatted file for importing into your system, give us the specifications and we will deliver.

Return Handling

Our direct link to the Federal Reserve Bank allows us to receive your ACH returns electronically and send them to you with the original transaction information, accompanied by the reason for the return, all in the format you require. ICAN ACH can reject return items received after the time period allowed by the ACH rules by dishonoring them as "untimely" returns. All return history is stored in our central database, and one of our ACH-accredited professionals can assist you in analyzing your return activity to help you manage risk and reduce cost.

ICAN ATM Verification

ICAN ACH offers a comprehensive suite of risk management tools. One of the most powerful prevention tool in the fight against bad check writers is ATM Verified.

ICAN ATM Verification offers two distinct levels of verification. At the highest level of verification (Level 1), ICAN ATM Verification is able to verify in real time, through a direct electronic query to the check writer’s financial institution, if the checking account currently has sufficient funds to cover the amount of the presented check. At the next level of verification (Level 2), ICAN ATM Verification is able to determine if the account is, as of opening of that business day, an open, valid account with positive funds or if the account is currently NSF, closed or cannot be located. If neither Level 1 nor Level 2 verification produce results, ICAN ATM Verification can be set to query one or more of the biggest negative databases of known bad check writers.
